Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of mr.enzo (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using mr.enzo you accept them. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
mr.enzo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Anyone can report a message, user, group, channel or story from inside the app and block any user. We review every report within 24 hours and remove offending content we can access and the accounts of users who break these terms.
1. Who can use mr.enzo
You must be at least 13 years old, and older if the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using a service like mr.enzo. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use mr.enzo only with the permission of a parent or guardian. You may not use mr.enzo if we have previously banned you or if the law forbids you from receiving it.
2. Your account
- Sign in with an email address you control, and keep your device and any cloud password or two-step verification codes safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Your username, display name, profile photo and bio must not impersonate another person or organisation or break the rules in section 3.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account).
3. What is not allowed
You must not use mr.enzo to create, send, share or store, and you must not help anyone else to do so:
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises or endangers children;
- sexual content or intimate images of anyone shared without their consent;
- threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, or publishing someone’s private information without their consent;
- hate speech or content that attacks people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics;
- content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or serious violence, or that encourages suicide or self-harm;
- spam, scams, fraud, phishing, malware or deceptive links;
- illegal goods or services, or any other illegal content or activity;
- content that infringes others’ copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- impersonating other people or organisations, or misleading others about who you are.
You also must not: attack, overload, probe or disrupt our servers or the offline network; access accounts or data that are not yours; create accounts by automated means or in bulk; send messages in bulk to people who did not ask for them; or reverse-engineer the app in order to do any of these things.
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
- Report. Use “Report” on a message, profile, group, channel or story. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we can only see the messages you choose to include in the report.
- Block. A blocked user can no longer send you messages, call you, see your stories or see when you are online.
- What we do. We review every report within 24 hours. Depending on the case we remove the content we can access (for example profiles, group and channel information, and stories), warn the user, remove them from a group or channel, or suspend or permanently ban the account, and we may block them from creating new accounts. When the law requires it — in particular for child sexual abuse material — we report the content and the account to the competent authorities.

5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you send. You give us only the permission we need to run mr.enzo: to store and transmit your encrypted messages and files, and to show your profile and stories to the people allowed to see them. You are responsible for the content you send and must have the right to share it.
6. How the service works
- Offline network. Without the internet, messages can travel between nearby devices over Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi and be carried by other people’s devices. Delivery depends on who is nearby and is not guaranteed. While the offline network is on, nearby people can see your display name, and your device may carry other people’s encrypted messages, which it cannot read.
- No emergency calls. mr.enzo is not a replacement for a phone service and cannot be used to call emergency services. In an emergency, use your phone’s regular calling.
- Free service. mr.enzo is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using mr.enzo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users or the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
mr.enzo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data or messages, or for content sent by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Apple
If you downloaded mr.enzo from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your licence of the app. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for mr.enzo or its content, for maintenance or support, or for any claims about the app; we are. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date. If you keep using mr.enzo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
